Показания к применению Спиронолактон AL (Спиронолактон) 50 таблеток 20
Dieses Präparat ist ein Arzneimittel, das das Wasserlassen erhöht. Dadurch ist das Medikament in der Lage, erhöhte Wasseransammlungen im Gewebe auszuspülen.
Es wird auf angewendet
primärer Hyperaldosteronismus (ein Zustand, bei dem ein Tumor in der Nebenniere eine erhöhte Sekretion des Hormons Aldosteron verursacht), es sei denn, eine Operation ist indiziert
Flüssigkeitsansammlung im Gewebe (Ödem) und/oder in der Bauchhöhle (Aszites) bei Erkrankungen im Zusammenhang mit sekundärem Hyperaldosteronismus (erhöhte Ausschüttung des Hormons Aldosteron durch die Nebenniere).
Kontraindikation
Das Arzneimittel darf nicht eingenommen werden
wenn Sie allergisch gegen Spironolacton oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile dieses Arzneimittels sind
wenn kein Urin mehr abgegeben wird (Anurie)
bei akutem Nierenversagen
bei schwerer Nierenfunktionsstörung (schwere Niereninsuffizienz mit stark verminderter oder fehlender Urinausscheidung; Kreatinin-Clearance unter 30 ml/min pro 1,73 m2 Körperoberfläche oder mit einem Serum-Kreatinin über 1,8 mg/dl),
wenn Sie einen erhöhten Kaliumspiegel in Ihrem Blut haben (Hyperkaliämie)
wenn Sie einen niedrigen Natriumspiegel im Blut haben (Hyponatriämie)
bei vermindertem zirkulierendem Blutvolumen (Hypovolämie) oder Flüssigkeitsmangel (Dehydratation)
während der Schwangerschaft
während des Stillens

Addison-Krankheit, Hyperkaliämie, Hyperkalzämie, Hyponatriämie, chronisches Nierenversagen, Anurie, Leberversagen, Diabetes mellitus mit bestätigtem oder vermutetem chronischem Nierenversagen, diabetische Nephropathie, erstes Trimenon der Schwangerschaft, metabolische Azidose, Menstruationsunregelmäßigkeiten oder Brustvergrößerung, Überempfindlichkeit gegen Spironolacton.

Nehmen Sie dieses Arzneimittel immer genau nach Absprache mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker ein. Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind.
Die Dosierung wird vom Arzt individuell festgelegt – je nach Schwere und Ausmaß der Erkrankung.
Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, beträgt die empfohlene Dosis:
Erwachsene
Für Erwachsene beträgt die Anfangsdosis 2 Tabletten (entsprechend 100-200 mg Spironolacton pro Tag) 1- bis 2-mal täglich für 3 bis 6 Tage.
Bei unzureichender Wirksamkeit kann die Tagesdosis auf maximal 8 Tabletten (entsprechend 400 mg Spironolacton) pro Tag erhöht werden.
Als Erhaltungsdosis sind in der Regel 1 bis 2 Tabletten (entsprechend 50 – 100 mg Spironolacton) bis maximal 2 bis 4 Tabletten (entsprechend 100 – 200 mg Spironolacton) ausreichend.
Die Erhaltungsdosis kann je nach Bedarf täglich, jeden 2. oder jeden 3. Tag verabreicht werden.
