Voltaren Rapid 25 mg and 50 mg. short-term treatment (maximum 2 weeks) of such acute conditions:

• post-traumatic pain, inflammation and swelling, for example due to sprains;
• postoperative pain, inflammation and swelling, for example after dental or orthopedic surgery;
• pain and/or inflammation accompanying inflammatory gynecological diseases, such as primary dysmenorrhea or adnexitis;
• pain syndromes from the spine;
• rheumatic diseases of extra-articular tissues;
• as an adjuvant for infections of the ENT organs, for example, pharyngotonsillitis, otitis media, accompanied by severe pain and inflammation.

Voltaren Rapid 50 mg in adult patients: migraine attacks with or without warning signs.

According to generally accepted approaches to the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases, it is also necessary to use etiotropic drugs. An isolated increase in temperature is not an indication for the use of Voltaren Rapid.

To minimize adverse reactions, use in low effective doses for a short period of time.

For oral use.

The tablets should be swallowed whole, without chewing or splitting, with water, preferably before meals.

Adults. For adults, the recommended dose is 100-150 mg/day. With moderate severity of symptoms, as a rule, a dose of 75-100 mg/day is sufficient. The daily dose should be divided into 2 -3 receptions.

Migraine. The drug should be used at the first sign of an attack. The recommended initial dosage is 50 mg. The next 50 mg can be used 2 hours after the first dose, if there is no improvement after taking the first dose.  If necessary, you can take the next dose of 50 mg after 4-6 hours, but remember that the maximum dose is 200 mg/day.
