Dosage:
Orally. The dose and frequency of use of the drug is determined by the doctor. The drug can be taken regardless of meals. The tablet should not be crushed or chewed. Warning! You should not drink alcohol during treatment. For the treatment to be effective and as safe as possible, follow the instructions of the treating physician. Familiarize yourself with the properties of the drug described in the leaflet before using it. Before using the drug, check the expiry date stated on the package (label). Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. Store the drug in a tightly closed container, out of the reach and sight of children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. This medicine has been prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific medical condition. It should not be transferred to other people or used in other circumstances without consulting a doctor.
Inform the doctor:
If you are hypersensitive to pracetamol, tramadol or any of the excipients of the preparation, severe liver and / or kidney problems, epilepsy, breathing difficulties (e.g. asthma, lung problems). When you take other painkillers, sleeping pills, sedatives, anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors (monoamine oxidase), carbamazepine, baclofen. In addition, inform your doctor about all recently taken medications, even over-the-counter medications. When you are or think you are pregnant and when you are breastfeeding. The drug should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Side effects:
Very common: nausea, dizziness, somnolence. Common: vomiting, constipation, flatulence, diarrhea, abdominal pain, digestive disorders, dry mouth, headache, tremor, confusion, sleep disturbances, mood changes (anxiety, nervousness, euphoria), increased sweating, itching. Uncommon: high blood pressure, heart problems, difficult or painful urination, hives, ringing in the ears, depression, nightmares, hallucinations, memory loss, difficulty swallowing, blood in the stool, chills, hot flush, chest pain , uncoordinated movements, muscle spasms, tingling and numbness, convulsions, visual disturbances, shortness of breath, increase in liver enzymes. Warning! Long-term use may cause mental and physical dependence. The drug may impair psychomotor performance, the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery.

Doustnie. Dawkę i częstotliwość stosowania leku ustala lekarz. Lek można przyjmować niezależnie od posiłków. Tabletki nie należy kruszyć ani rozgryzać. Uwaga! W trakcie leczenia nie należy pić alkoholu. Aby leczenie było skuteczne i jak najbardziej bezpieczne należy przestrzegać zaleceń lekarza prowadzącego. Zapoznaj się z właściwościami leku opisanymi w ulotce przed jego zastosowaniem. Przed zastosowaniem leku należy sprawdzić datę ważności podaną na opakowaniu (etykiecie). Nie należy stosować leku po terminie ważności. Przechowuj lek w szczelnie zamkniętym opakowaniu, w miejscu niedostępnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci, zgodnie z wymogami producenta. Lek ten został przepisany przez lekarza prowadzącego celem leczenia konkretnego schorzenia. Nie należy go odstępować innym osobom ani używać w innych okolicznościach bez konsultacji z lekarzem.

Ponadto należy poinformować lekarza o wszystkich ostatnio przyjmowanych lekach, nawet tych dostępnych bez recepty. Gdy jesteś lub przypuszczasz, że jesteś w ciąży, a także, gdy karmisz piersią. Lek nie powinien być stosowany w okresie ciąży lub karmienia piersią.
Skutki uboczne:
Bardzo często: nudności, zawroty głowy, senność. Często: wymioty, zaparcia, wzdęcia, biegunka, bóle brzucha, zaburzenia trawienia, suchość w jamie ustnej, bóle głowy, drżenie, dezorientacja, zaburzenia snu, zmiany nastroju (niepokój, nerwowość, euforia), zwiększone pocenie się, świąd. Niezbyt często: wysokie ciśnienie krwi, zaburzenia pracy serca, utrudnione lub bolesne oddawanie moczu, pokrzywka, dzwonienie w uszach, depresja, koszmary senne, omamy, utrata pamięci, trudności w połykaniu, krew w stolcu, dreszcze, uderzenia gorąca, bóle w klatce piersiowej, nieskoordynowane ruchy, skurcze mięśni, uczucie mrowienia i drętwienia, drgawki, zaburzenia widzenia, duszność, podwyższenie aktywności enzymów wątrobowych. Uwaga! Długotrwałe stosowanie może spowodować uzależnienie psychiczne i fizyczne. Lek może upośledzać sprawność psychomotoryczną, zdolność prowadzenia pojazdów oraz obsługę maszyn.
