diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (Bekhterev’s disease); gouty arthritis, rheumatic soft tissue lesions, osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and spine, including with radicular syndrome, tendovaginitis, bursitis);
pain syndrome of mild or moderate severity: neuralgia, ossalgia, myalgia, lumboischialgia, post-traumatic pain syndrome (sprains and bruises), accompanied by inflammation, postoperative pain (in traumatology, orthopedics, gynecology, maxillofacial surgery), headache, migraine, algomenorrhea, adnexitis, toothache;
as part of the complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ear, throat, nose with severe pain syndrome (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media);
febrile syndrome with colds and infectious diseases.
Nalgezin forte is used for symptomatic therapy (to reduce pain, inflammation and reduce elevated body temperature) and does not affect the progression of the underlying disease.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to naproxen or naproxen sodium; with anamnestic data on an attack of bronchial obstruction, rhinitis, urticaria after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (complete or incomplete syndrome of acetylsalicylic acid intolerance – rhinosinusitis, urticaria, polyps of the nasal mucosa, bronchial asthma);
the period after coronary artery bypass grafting;
erosive and ulcerative changes in the gastric mucosa or duodenum, active gastrointestinal bleeding;
inflammatory bowel disease in the acute phase (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease);
cerebrovascular bleeding or other bleeding and disorders of hemostasis;
severe liver failure or active liver disease;
severe renal failure (Cl creatinine less than 20 ml / min), incl. confirmed hyperkalemia, progressive kidney disease;
oppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis;
pregnancy, breastfeeding period;
one tablet of Nalgezin forte contains 550 mg of naproxen, so the drug is not recommended for children and adolescents under 15 years of age.
With caution: ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, congestive heart failure, dyslipidemia / hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, peripheral arterial disease, smoking, Cl creatinine less than 60 ml / min; history of gastrointestinal ulceration, presence of Helicobacter pylori infection, older age, long-term use of NSAIDs, frequent alcohol use, severe physical illness, concomitant therapy with the following drugs: anticoagulants (eg warfarin), antiplatelet agents (eg acetylsalicylic acid, clopidogrel), oral corticosteroids (eg prednisolone), SSRIs (eg citalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline). To reduce the risk of developing adverse events from the gastrointestinal tract, the minimum effective dose should be used in the lowest possible course. For children under 16 years of age, the drug is prescribed only on the recommendation of a doctor.

Schmerzsyndrom von leichter oder mittlerer Schwere: Neuralgie, Ossalgie, Myalgie, Lumboischialgie, posttraumatisches Schmerzsyndrom (Verstauchungen und Prellungen), begleitet von Entzundungen, postoperative Schmerzen (in der Traumatologie, Orthopadie, Gynakologie, Kieferchirurgie), Kopfschmerzen, Migrane, Algomenorrhoe , Adnexitis, Zahnschmerzen;
im Rahmen der komplexen Therapie von infektiosen und entzundlichen Erkrankungen des Ohrs, des Rachens, der Nase mit starkem Schmerzsyndrom (Pharyngitis, Mandelentzundung, Mittelohrentzundung);
Fiebersyndrom mit Erkaltungen und Infektionskrankheiten.
Nalgezin forte wird zur symptomatischen Therapie (zur Linderung von Schmerzen, Entzundungen und zur Senkung erhohter Korpertemperatur) angewendet und hat keinen Einfluss auf das Fortschreiten der zugrunde liegenden Erkrankung.
Kontraindikationen
Uberempfindlichkeit gegen Naproxen oder Naproxen-Natrium; mit anamnestischen Daten zu einem Anfall von Bronchialobstruktion, Rhinitis, Urtikaria nach Einnahme von Acetylsalicylsaure oder anderen NSAIDs (vollstandiges oder unvollstandiges Syndrom der Acetylsalicylsaure-Intoleranz – Rhinosinusitis, Urtikaria, Polypen der Nasenschleimhaut, Bronchialasthma);
der Zeitraum nach Koronararterien-Bypasstransplantation;
erosive und ulzerative Veranderungen der Magenschleimhaut oder des Zwolffingerdarms, aktive gastrointestinale Blutungen;
entzundliche Darmerkrankungen in der akuten Phase (Colitis ulcerosa, Morbus Crohn);
zerebrovaskulare Blutungen oder andere Blutungen und Blutstillungsstorungen;
schweres Leberversagen oder aktive Lebererkrankung;
schweres Nierenversagen (Cl-Kreatinin unter 20 ml/min), inkl. bestatigte Hyperkaliamie, fortschreitende Nierenerkrankung;
Unterdruckung der Hamatopoese des Knochenmarks;
Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit;
Eine Tablette Nalgezin forte enthalt 550 mg Naproxen, daher wird das Medikament nicht fur Kinder und Jugendliche unter 15 Jahren empfohlen.
Mit Vorsicht: ischamische Herzkrankheit, zerebrovaskulare Erkrankung, dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz, Dyslipidamie / Hyperlipidamie, Diabetes mellitus, periphere arterielle Verschlusskrankheit, Rauchen, Cl-Kreatinin unter 60 ml / min; Magen-Darm-Geschwure in der Vorgeschichte, Vorhandensein einer Helicobacter-pylori-Infektion, hoheres Alter, Langzeitanwendung von NSAIDs, haufiger Alkoholkonsum, schwere korperliche Erkrankung, gleichzeitige Therapie mit den folgenden Arzneimitteln: Antikoagulanzien (z. B. Warfarin), Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer (z. B. Acetylsalicylsaure, Clopidogrel ), orale Kortikosteroide (z. B. Prednisolon), SSRIs (z. B. Citalopram, Fluoxetin, Paroxetin, Sertralin). Um das Risiko des Auftretens unerwunschter Ereignisse aus dem Gastrointestinaltrakt zu verringern, sollte die minimal wirksame Dosis im geringstmoglichen Verlauf angewendet werden. Fur Kinder unter 16 Jahren wird das Medikament nur auf Empfehlung eines Arztes verschrieben.
