REGAINE® women’s solution (3 month pack) for hereditary hair loss, 3 × 60ml, Johnson & Johnson GmbH (Otc)
Indication
The preparation is a medicine for the treatment of female pattern hair loss.
application areas
The drug stabilizes the course of female-type androgenetic alopecia in women (characteristic diffuse thinning of scalp hair in the vertex area). Treatment with this medicine promotes hair growth and can thus counteract the progression of this hair loss.
The onset of female-type hair loss in women is characterized by a reduction in hair density in the vertex and front scalp area while maintaining the hairline. Complete baldness almost never occurs, but rather diffuse thinning of the hair in the middle parting area.
Contraindication
The medicine must not be used
if you are allergic to minoxidil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
if you use other medicines on the scalp
if you suffer from sudden or uneven hair loss

If you have used more than you should

Greater absorption of the active substance contained in this medicine into the bloodstream may have effects throughout the body, such as: B. by:
incorrect use (in higher doses than recommended and on larger areas of the body or areas of the body other than the scalp),
patient-specific differences,
unusual sensitivity or impairment of the skin due to inflammation or abnormal skin changes on the scalp (e.g. skin abrasions or psoriasis on the scalp).
