Indications SPIRONOLACTON 100 MG X 100
Dieses Medikament ist ein Medikament, das das Wasserlassen erhöht. Dadurch ist das Medikament in der Lage, die vermehrte Wasseransammlung im Gewebe auszuspülen.
Es gilt für
primärer Hyperaldosteronismus (ein Zustand, bei dem ein Tumor der Nebennieren eine erhöhte Sekretion des Hormons Aldosteron verursacht), es sei denn, eine Operation ist indiziert
Flüssigkeitsansammlung im Gewebe (Ödem) und/oder in der Bauchhöhle (Aszites) bei Erkrankungen, die mit sekundärem Hyperaldosteronismus (erhöhte Ausschüttung des Hormons Aldosteron durch die Nebennieren) einhergehen.
Contraindication SPIRONOLACTON 100 MG X 100
Medikamente können nicht eingenommen werden
wenn Sie allergisch gegen Spironolacton oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile dieses Arzneimittels sind
wenn keine Diurese (Anurie) vorliegt
bei akutem Nierenversagen
bei schwerer Nierenfunktionsstörung (schwere Niereninsuffizienz mit deutlich verminderter oder fehlender Harnausscheidung; Kreatinin-Clearance unter 30 ml/min pro 1,73 m2 Körperoberfläche oder mit einem Serum-Kreatininspiegel über 1,8 mg/dl),
wenn Sie einen hohen Kaliumspiegel im Blut haben (Hyperkaliämie)
wenn Sie einen niedrigen Natriumspiegel im Blut haben (Hyponatriämie)
mit reduziertem Blutvolumen (Hypovolämie) oder Flüssigkeitsmangel (Dehydratation)
während der Schwangerschaft
während des Stillens.
Dosage of SPIRONOLACTON 100 MG X 100
Nehmen Sie dieses Arzneimittel immer genau nach Absprache mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker ein. Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind.
Die Dosierung wird vom Arzt individuell festgelegt – je nach Schwere und Ausmaß der Erkrankung.
Sofern vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, beträgt die empfohlene Dosis:
Erwachsene
Für Erwachsene beträgt die Anfangsdosis 2 Tabletten (entsprechend 100-200 mg Spironolacton pro Tag) 1-2 mal täglich für 3-6 Tage.
Bei unzureichender Wirksamkeit kann die Tagesdosis auf maximal 8 Tabletten (entsprechend 400 mg Spironolacton) pro Tag erhöht werden.
Als Erhaltungsdosis sind in der Regel 1 bis 2 Tabletten (entsprechend 50-100 mg Spironolacton) bis maximal 2-4 Tabletten (entsprechend 100-200 mg Spironolacton) ausreichend.
Die Erhaltungsdosis kann je nach Bedarf täglich, jeden 2. oder 3. Tag verabreicht werden.
